The storage capacity of Molvernit is 500 Million.
And of Metal, Veridium and Fuel is 100 Million.
You need more than 1000 total points to reach a storage maximum that high.

Resource Optimizer: Resource Optimizer increases Resource production on a Base by 20%
Maximum extension: 5
The resource optimizer only works on that base where it was installed. Every level of a resource-optimizer consumes 25 economy points
For example: A base produces 1,000 Molvernit per minute. With Level-3-resource-optimizer it would produce 1,600 Molvernit per minute.
